[NFBCS] Windows Mail

My husband and I are both suddenly having a problem with Windows Mail.  When
I hit enter on a message in my inbox, it opens the reading pane, but it only
reads the first line.  I can tab to links, but I can't read anything else.

I have tried maximizing the window, but that didn't help.  It worked fine
until a few days ago, but now, no.

We are both using Windows 10 and the latest NVDA.

Any ideas?
