[NFBCS] question about Excel Online Embedded Window

Can the spreadsheet be downloaded into a normal Excel format?

The Microsoft Disability help desk (800-936-5900) or Vispero (800-444-4443) might have insights on this question.

I am assuming that it is not a google spreadsheet.
