Hi,

I haven't actually used Kali Linux before, so someone more familiar
with Kali should please chip in.
However, it seams Kali is based on Debian, so you should be able to do
something like:

apt-get install brltty

If it doesn't find the package brltty, it might be that Kali has it
under a different name. In that case, you can search for it by:

apt-cache search brltty
