[NFBCS] Google Forms

Hi All, 

 

I have created a Google Form to use for people to fill out for membership. I
have the form created and have tested filling it out and when I press enter
on the submit button. I receive a message to verify by entering a capture
image, it does also give me an audio file. How can I do away with this
asking me to verify? Using JAWS 2020, Windows and Chrome.
