Hi,
I haven't had time to revisit this file until now.
I tried a free online conversion program last Saturday with no change after the conversion.
I just opened the pdf from inside word and the text is readable instead of all run together.
Thanks Curtis for the suggestion.

Greetings:
Opening a PDF in Word: what does that do to the original format of the document? Is this process merely for the purpose of reading the text so that it reads better? Just asking for clarification.
Thanks.
Cordially,
Curtis Chong
