[NFBCS] Efficiently navigating terminal

If you turn quicknav on the up and down arrow will read one line at a time when also holding the VO keys CMD and control to enable Voiceover commands.
With quicknav off you can open an editor such as Nano and use the up and down arrow without holding the VO keys down and read a line at a time in the editor context.
