Only foot switch mics that I'm aware of are XLR based, and it's not the mic per say but the cable. Theoretically a USB sound card with an XLR jack could be used with a foot peddle cable and XLR mic. Probably a bit of an expensive setup.

I have not heard of a microphone with a foot switch. Some programs mute the microphone when the control key is not held down.
