[NFBCS] Easy adding of folks to the address book

Gary's question is specific to wanting to add the sender of an e-mail as a
contact without manually doing it. Does anyone know of a quick key to do
this from within an e-mail?

Inquiring minds want to know!

Hi Gary,

In outlook, hit shift + control + c to add a contact to the address book.
To edit your contacts, hit control + y and arrow down to contacts, and hit
enter to see your contacts sorted alphabetically.  Hit enter on a contact to
open and edit it.

I have a substantial address book, but I remain surprised that I don't know
of an easy way to add them. Outlook Express, that long ago program, had a
hotkey. But now I open a message, shift tab to the To field, left arrow to
get to the beginning, and then use the applications key to get into a menu
that has add to address book. Are there easier ways?
