[NFBCS] Windows 7 vs Windows 10

Maybe it's that I didn't go with SSD, figuring I'd never had it before, so it should be fine.  Maybe they just don't make disk drives like they used to.
Nicole, I'll check out your suggestions.

Windows 10 has had issues from the beginning though it shouldn't give 
you that much of a headache.  Perhaps it's the computer itself?
