[NFBCS] alt text in gmail

Hey there folks,

I receive emails from a lot of people at work that include images with no
alt-text. I was going to ask them that they start adding alt-text to their
images but I can't seem to figure out a way to do that within the gmail
client (We use the google suite for email at my company).

Is there a way to do this? I've not been able to find any mention of it in
the documentation.
