     If your book reader doesn't allow copying to the clipboard, open the
.xml file. You may need to use Internet Explorer to do this. I have seen
cases where FireFox doesn't recognize headings and IE does.

     I have noticed in other BookShare books that code snippets are messed
up. You might try copying the section to a clipboard and playing with it in
notepad.
Some code snippets may only have the Unix style line feeds.
