[NFBCS] Resolution 19 on electronic ballot delivery: am I over-reacting?

Sabra,

Can you point to data somewhere that suggests that mini mail in ballots are not counted? That would be an incredible government corruption scandal if it is true.

As an IT security professional, I would be much more concerned about making sure that you couldn’t spoof ballots,  I.e make sure that Jim cannot create a ballot, and mail it in, that looks like it belongs to Sabra.
