[NFBCS] Resources for new Edge and PowerPoint

Hi:

In your browsing, you'll hear the screen reader say, "Immersive Reader Available". When you do, hit F9 and you will go into a reader where it strips a lot of extraneous content out. Don't forget to toggle out of the reader with F9 again to get back to normal view. This helps with news and other sites with tons of links, ads and other flotsom.

The "Read Aloud" feature is also neat. The voices it uses sound quite natural. I did not try to kick the speed up too far. Wonder if some day we could use some of these voices with screen readers?
