[NFBCS] usb headset

I assume the original Question is for one computer. I looked a long time
back for a similar solution. Windows allows you to change the volume of
applications individually and allows you to change the balance. But not the
balance for a given application. That would be a great feature.

What I do from time to time when I want to separate the sound is similar to
the two headsets noted below. To put a finer point on that option though
what I use is standard Apple Ear pods and an over ear headset. The Ear pods
fit fairly comfortably under a head set. Word of caution though if you are
speaking through Apple Airpods vs Ear pods you can't do this as the
microphone in an Airpod will pickup the over ear headset.

Airpods do have a great advantage in a two device situation. You just get
two sets of Airpods and use one of each with two different devices.

But again assuming based on the usage of "Customer" I assume this to be a
business situation with a single PC.

Best of luck.
Charles

Hello:

Plantronics usually makes these. Check out this link:

https://headsetplus.com/product1935/product_info.html

The price seems exorbitant, but they really do work quite nicely.

Cordially,

Could someone recommend what headset can provide customer voice on one side,

jaws voice on the other side plus microphone features connected by usb?

Bryan
