[NFBCS] new unix/linux Zoom meetings

Meetings like this done on the job usually are done later so that others
can attend. Job hours are pretty workable for most people given that
most are remote. I initially read this as 9:00 at night but both are
just as unworkable for most people who -are- employed.

I understand that it's hard to change this current meeting since it's
gone out, but I suspect there would be much more participation in future
if this were set as an evening call, much like many of the NFB events
currently are.
Thanks,
