[NFBCS] Anyone have experience with Collaborator by Smart Bear ?

Greetings,

My employer is investigating using Collaborator by Smart Bear for code
reviews.  My initial poking around on a test install encountered a few
accessibility issues.

Has anyone on the list successfully used this tool with a screen
reader?  (I currently use NVDA as my primary screen reader with
firefox)
