[NFBCS] FW: Adding Notations to open pgp key on Windows

Hi,

 

Anyone know of a way I can edit and add notations to open pgp keys on
Windows after the key has  already been created? I've been using gpg4win
(Kleopatra) and I want to create a proof to verify my GitHub account but I
can only find command-line instructions for terminal usage on Mac / Linux.
I've been using this guide <https://keyoxide.org/guides/github> .
