A good way to do this is to reply to the message. Once you reply, you can select this information from the original message. You don't have to send the reply, just grab the information you need and copy it to the clipboard.

I need the headers from an email to cut and paste into a document for a class project. I just need the basic headers such as from, to, subject, and date the email was sent. Is there an easy way to get this info? I thought about forwarding the message to myself, but that would add the greater than signs I'd have to clean up. I'd rather not do this since I need the entire message for the project. Any and all ideas welcome.
