[NFBCS] JAWS 2021 Not Reading Window Title When Changing Windows

Hi all,
Sorry if I am not as responsive during the next couple days I have a number
of things that are pulling for my attention. Including a new job position
within my federal agency. Lloyd Rasmussen is correct I am using a new
NextGen Focus 40 with my laptop. However the Focus 40 with windows 10 and
JAWS 2020 had no problem with the task manager window titles being read. 

Glenn, I am running windows 10.  The QR code I got when my screen crashed
took me to

sorting out if anything on the page will help. I am also trying to see if I
have a restore point I can roll my windows back to without losing my JAWS
2021 new license.  I suspect the problem is a windows thing since it
affected all three versions of my jaws. And as you said something effecting
all 3 is pretty rare. I am also trying to decide if I can delete the
installation of JAWS 2021 and start over without losing my paid for 2021 RMA
license. If it is even worth considering.

I just tried switching among apps with alt-Tab, and I guess my statement
below was not useful.
With a Humanware NLS eReader display hooked to JAWS 2021 under Windows 10, I
hear the titles while holding down the Alt key.
On the other hand, without a braille display, JAWS 2021 is not reading those
title bars under Windows 7.

I don't know about Nicole, but I think Graham is running JAWS with a braille
display.

It seems to work the same way as JAWS 2020 for me. JAWS 2021 is reading
window titles when I hold down ALT while pressing and releasing TAB.

            Has anyone else noticed that, when using ALT tab to change
Windows, JAWS does not read the title of the window until both keys are
released? In JAWS 2020, if you held down ALT and kept pressing tab to cycle
through the windows, JAWS would announce the titles.
