[NFBCS] Is it possible to download videos from YouTube?

Youtube accepts uploads in many formats. If you want to guarantee that you
get mp3 output, there are several steps to take.

1. Install ffmpeg or avconv. Either of these is necessary to convert any
non-mp3 output to mp3 (or any of half a dozen other formats). If it is in
your path, it will be used transparently by youtube-dl.

2. Give the command line option --extract-audio

3. Also give the command line option --audio-format mp3

So the command might, for example, look like

youtube-dl --extract-audio --audio-format mp3 http://youtu.be/qpwoeiruk

Hope this helps.
