	hello.  Here's a question that may not make sense, but I'll ask it
anyway.  While you're waiting for Jaws to get installed, can you log into
your remote virtual desktop and start narrator remotely?  If that works,
you could then install NVDA into your account on the remote server, I think
NVDA can give you good access without requiring administrative  privileges
on the remote server, which might allow you to get some work done while you
wait.

Just a thought.  I've not tried it.
