[NFBCS] Outlook Freezing and Shutting Down

I, and some other people where I work have problems with Outlook 
occasionally freezing up.

Sometimes JAWS is able to recover, sometimes not.

I don't know if it is a Microsoft problem, a JAWS problem, or some 
interaction between the two.

JAWS 2021 is supposed to have a feature that bundles up all necessary 
info when you have a major problem and send it off to Vispero.

Those of us who have problems need to pass along as much info as 
possible to Vispero, Microsoft etc., so we have some hope of 
resolution. Not everyone is having problems, so it will be tough to get fixed.
