If you have Word 2016 or later you should have the Question box.
To use that press "alt+Q"
Then type in "list"
Then arrow down to numbers, bulleted, etc.

That will change what you've selected to the list chosen.

Hope that helps.

Subject: [NFBCS] Creating a Bulleted List

Hi:

How do I create a bulleted list in Microsoft Word? I know how to do it from
scratch by pressing the star key on a blank line, but the text has already
been typed. I've selected it and gone to the home tab but can't find a place
for bullets. Thanks.
