[NFBCS] Exporting a group list in Outlook

Hello Gary:

I don't know how a person could get tired of replying to all with Outlook since the command to do this is a fairly straightforward Control Shift R.☺ Nevertheless, here is what you need to do.

Find the group in the Contacts Folder. Copy this item into a folder using the usual copy/paste commands. What is created is a file with the extension of .msg. You can then attach this single file to an email.

The recipient merely needs to copy the .msg file into their Contacts folder.

I trust this is somewhat helpful.

Cordially,

Curtis Chong

Subject: [NFBCS] Exporting a group list in Outlook

I have built a number of group lists that others would like to have. They
are tired of doing a reply to all. Does anyone know of a way to export a
group list from one Outlook user to another? Thanks for any ideas.

Gary
