[NFBCS] Editing Wordpress page, Jaws says blank

HI Tracy,

What version of WP are you using? Do you have the classic editor or Gutenberg?  Are you working on a standard page or one added from a plugin, i.e. "thank you" after subscribing to a newsletter?

Once those questions are answered, we should be able to sort out what the issue is. It happens randomly to me when I use Edge, so I think it's just one of those things we have to kick until it works 😊.

I recently learned how to edit a webpage in Wordpress.  It worked fine the other day, but today when I tried, when I tabbed to the RTF section of the page to do my editing, Jaws kept saying blank blank blank.  When I got out of forms mode and back to virtual mode, Jaws saw the text just fine.  I tried maximizing the screen, and insert-escape to refresh, but nothing worked.

I am using Firefox and Jaws 2019,.1912.

I don't understand why it worked one day, and not now.

If no one has an answer, I'll call Jaws tomorrow.  I was just hoping to get cracking on this project today.
