[NFBCS] Help kick off our initiative with Tactile Images

Hello Sabra:

I'm not sure what you mean by " this message is not showing up right for me."

I am able to read this just fine using Outlook on a Windows 10 machine. The problem is that the email is in plain text and not HTML, meaning we cannot get to any links imbedded in the email. Now that is definitely a problem.
