I agree that having the documents sent to you in advance is the best
solution. But, if you are using JAWS, the Convenient OCR feature will allow
you to get text from the shared screen. This works pretty well if the screen
is not constantly changing.

Unfortunately, screen sharing is not accessible to people who cannot see the
screen. This is true no matter what meeting platform you are using. Best to
ask to have the files sent to you in advance or (next best) after the
meeting.
