Hello, Michael:

It is a reasonable accommodation to have the files sent. If they are sharing the screen, most likely, there is a file. I hate doing it, but sometimes we have to remind people that we have the right to reasonable accommodations so we can fulfill our job responsibilities.

He said he would assign me tasks that he felt I could complete, and provide me with the necessary information at that point, instead of just answering my questions. How would you all proceed in that case? I feel responsible for keeping up with the visual information in the meetings just like everyone else, instead of me being provided a limited subset of information.
