[NFBCS] Ironic Bug With Microsoft 365

Reddit suggests this would fix it:

cd %programfiles%\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun\
OfficeC2RClient.exe /update user updatetoversion=16.0.13901.20462

and this would stop future updates until you know that Microsoft has
released a fix:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\policies\microsoft\office\16.0\common\officeupdate
Value Name: enableautomaticupdates
Value Type: REG_DWORD
Value Data: 0
