I was trying to register with my power company's website, so I can pay my
bill online.  The very last step was a statement saying the site was
protected by recaptcha, but I could not find any audio, nor the "I am not a
robot" checkbox.  There was only a link to a huge page of Google's "privacy"
terms.

A person on another list thinks they only way to get past that kind of
recaptcha is to agree to whatever Google wants on that page, though I think
I looked for a checkbox there and didn't find one.

However, I finally had an AIRA agent log in as me and she saw the captcha on
the power company's webpage and solved it so I could pay my bill. She could
not see it when we were together in Teamviewer.

Can anyone shed any light on this?  Is it a new kind of captcha misery, or
just the power company completely ignoring accessibility?
