I found SQL very accessible. The issues that came up were not with the actual work at all, but with accessing servers where Citrix was the standard way to connect. But in some cases there were work-arounds.

Subject: [NFBCS] Question about the most common technical jobs totally blind people pursue

Good morning,

I’m looking for another job. I’m also considering the fact that I want to have minimal accessibility issues for whatever career path I choose. What types of jobs would you recommend applying for? Also, what websites do you like using, to find the best fit? I’m still in the process of deciding what I’d like to do with my next technology career.

Thank you,
Mike
