[NFBCS] Restoring an SD card

Like an idiot, I started deleting folders from an SD card without taking a
backup.  For some odd reason, it appears to have duplicate folders, so I
wanted to delete the dups with older dates.  But now the folder with more
recent dates are gone, and the older folders have no data.

Is there a way to get into the Recycle Bin for an SD card and restore what I
deleted?

How old do I have to get before I learn to take a backup before I start
deleting!
