[NFBCS] Restoring an SD card

Ugh.  Can you suggest an accessible, virus-free, cheap solution?  
Or I'll have to just bite the bullet and re-get as much as I can and chalk it up to experience.

I’m sorry, but your SD card doesn’t have a trashcan like what you are referring to. You are probably going to need to use third-party software to retrieve the lost data
