[NFBCS] Sequel accessibility with JAWS

Hey Cricket,

SQL, often pronounced sequel, is a way of querying databases that support it.

We probably need more info on which programs you'll use, etc. However, I would expect that you'll be able to make something work. Feel free to get back to us with more info.
