[NFBCS] Sequel accessibility with JAWS

At a quick glance, the DB Browser for SQLite found at https://sqlitebrowser.org has accessibility issues. These could probably be worked around given enough scripting. An alternative would be to use Visual Studio Code (https://code.visualstudio.com) and the SQLite extension (Extension ID alexcvzz.vscode-sqlite). This will give you accessible trees for browsing SQLite databases, accessible html table for reviewing query results, and ability to easily export results in formats such as CSV or JSON. If someone else has a suggestion with less of a learning curve attached, please chime in.
