[NFBCS] Twitter accessibility

My TW Blue stopped working yesterday.  I reinstalled it and even tried 
the portable version, but it will notlaunch or connect to Twitter.  I 
have been using it successfully for years until yesterday.  Nothing has 
changed on my Windows 10 computer.
