[NFBCS] Inaccessible websites

I know I'm a broken record about this, but it's happening so often.

Today, I tried to sign a petition set up by AARP, but was completely unable
to do so. I tried it with Firefox and Chrome. Surely AARP has plenty of
members who are blind or have low vision, but they completely ignore us.

I am pasting the link to the main page that goes to the inaccessible page
after you choose your senator, in case someone wants to try it and hopefully
tell me I've failed to do something.

%3d> &encparam=StStFjxL7y6fU%2fkfoqKhum1PKQilTQfSBWRMuaS6z8g%3d

I was able to OCR the page where I'm supposed to sign, but not able to
actually sign.

I am so sick of this. I am happy to contact someone at AARP, but not
optimistic about reaching an actual person with a clue.

Tracy
