[NFBCS] Applications functions on a laptop

On my Dell keyboard, it's only the right control key that works, which is what Steve did say in his response. A sighted person will see both the control and applications label on the key, which indicates that when you hit it in conjunction with the function key then it'll act as the applications key.

I just ordered the Logitech keyboard Jim recommended for around $22.  
I tried function +control for the applications key, but no joy.  However, my husband is doing OK using the options in the Home ribbon.  Not as simple as having 1 key to bring up a simple menu, but it works.
