[NFBCS] Subtitles

This is really great news.  
I usually use Youtube on my iPhone, but, if there's a real advantage, like
getting the subtitles, I can just as easily use it with Windows10 and Jaws.

With youtube-dl, a command line program, you can say --write-sub or
--write-auto-sub to write a subtitle file or automatically generated
subtitle file. There are also some command line options for telling what
subtitles are available and for writing different formats. I can possibly
give more info if you tell me your setup.
