I have a very rewarding job and I actually like the people I work with.
My actual title now is:
Digital User Experience Accessibility Analyst.

My team is based in User Research at a bank and we work directly with the designers on accessibility. We also do all the testing and make code suggestions for the development team that actually does the coding of the website and mobile app.
I, do to my background, do a number of things. I assist with all the tasks that everyone else does, but each of us also has a special area that we work in. I've spent the last year and a half doing an entire enterprise wide assessment of accessibility of most of our organizations protocols from applying to a job to insuring that access to every part of their employment is accessible. I have a very extensive work history and background in my field and have a number of STEM based degrees in those areas. I've got two undergraduate engineering degrees, including Industrial/Systems engineering and a Engineering Psychology degree. That is better known as Human Factors. At the Master's level I have dual Master's in Computer Science and Human Computer Interaction. My Ph.D. is also dual in Economics and Systems Engineering.
Over the past two years, I've actually done five lecture presentations to our entire UX and Digital banking team on various principles from Psychology and Human Computer Interaction that affect our design, testing, and deployment of our products.
