[NFBCS] Doodle and other similar tools!

All:

My organization is interested in using a tool to find meeting dates and times which work for everyone. These meetings involve individuals both inside and outside the organization, so Exchange calendars won't quite do the trick. I've experimented with Doodle. While responding to a Doodle to indicate available times seems to be accessible, setting one up is not. We really don't want to use a tool which is only half accessible. Is anyone else using a similar tool which is fully accessible for this purpose?
Thanks in advance for any assistance.
Jim
