[NFBCS] Uber Ratings and Tip Window

Several of us have experienced, in the Uber app on the iPhone, the screen where one adds a tip or rates a driver seems to close after approximately five seconds.  I have received suggestions regarding a number of VoiceOver settings to change, but nothing seems to change this behavior.  It doesn't matter whether I move around the window and try to add information or if I don't touch my phone after opening that window.  After five seconds, the window seems to just close on its own.  This started happening either with the update to IOS 15.5 or with the release of the latest version of the Uber app.  Since both happened around the same time for me, either could have triggered the change in behavior.

Is this a problem that has been mentioned elsewhere?
