[NFBCS] Uber Ratings and Tip Window

Greetings:

I used Uber just last Thursday, June 2. I did not have any such issue when I went to rate the trip and add a tip. However, it is highly possible that the most recent update I applied, on Friday, June 3, will manifest this problem. Go Uber<sarcastic smile>.
