I have settled on a Brothers MFC-J1010DW all-in-one printer.

We will find out how accessible it can be.

This one may not be made anymore but the Epson 545 workforce printer/scanner has actual buttons that can be felt.

It can also scan a page much faster than the old hp Scanjet.
