Hello everyone,
It sounds like someone didn't close those HTML tags. Tags such as
[strong] must be opened and closed. When written properly the strong text
should appear between them like this: [strong]This is strong text.[/strong].
This could be the fault of the Web page author or that of Web authoring
software or the content management system in use. It's a real pain when that
happens.

Subject: [NFBCS] JAWS reading HTML from this page
I have a URL to locate Kryterion testing centers. The URL is
https://www.kryteriononline.com/locate-test-center. I type my zip code and
choose how many miles away. After that, I get some choices of testing
centers.
I press Enter on the one I want information about.
I go to the top of the page and down arrow to the information.
After that, I start hearing HTML code such as strong and span tags. Why is
JAWS reading this and how can I get it to just read the information without
reading the HTML?
