Yes, this happens more frequently than I would like. I suspect the messages
where the problem exists are in the HTML format and have more than just text
in them. Is your problem solved if you deliberately go ahead and move to the
top of the message with Control Home?

Do any of you have a problem when opening a message in Microsoft Outlook and
you find that your cursor is not at the top of the message but may be
several lines down? SayAll starts at the wrong place, of course. I have no
idea if this problem I'm having is JAWS or Microsoft. It doesn't happen all
the time, and I can't isolate why it does when it does.
