[NFBCS] Music Resources

There are several exciting projects which are making music resources more
accessible. These projects include making mainstream music composition
applications accessible and making Braille music interoperable with music
XML. I wish these resources had been available when I was getting my music
degrees. I don't know where these resources are, but I would start with the
NFB Performing Arts Division.
