Hello all,
Thanks for the suggestions.
Control + Y worked just fine, but shift+f6 was partially functional; I couldn’t get to the folders of my other email account.
Thank you all so much again.
Best,
Dana

You can also do this with shift+f6, which isn’t any better but may be a shortcut key you’re already familiar with.

Hello,
Press control plus y
You can then arrow to various mailboxes within an account or left arrow and choose from the list of accounts.

Subject: [NFBCS] Microsoft Outlook Question
Hello NFBCS,
I'm using Microsoft Outlook 365 on Windows, and I have multiple accounts added. How can I switch between them? Is there a keyboard shortcut I can use/a menu I can open to do that? Using NVDA and JAWS 2022.
Best,
Dana
