You can jump to the side panel with shift+f6 to add folders to favorites as well. I’m not pushing any particular shortcut key, I’m just adding some information. BTW, I set up favorites a while ago, and I highly recommend it if you’re frequently visiting the same folders.

Ctrl Y and find the folder
Then add the folder to favorites.

Enable favorites folder view.

I press shift + f6
Takes me to favorite folder from inbox

Ctrl+shift+”I” goes to inbox.

Convenient feature is when in favorite folder and it is current press ctrl+”Y” takes you into the list where the folder actually is. This way I just cursor to the next folder up or down

Tricks to navigate.

Subject: [NFBCS] Microsoft Outlook Question

Hello NFBCS,
I'm using Microsoft Outlook 365 on Windows, and I have multiple accounts added. How can I switch between them? Is there a keyboard shortcut I can use/a menu I can open to do that? Using NVDA and JAWS 2022.
Best,
Dana
