[NFBCS] Extension That Displays ARIA on Screen

Hi Nicole,

The Microsoft Accessibility Insights for Web extension has an "Accessible Names" feature that can be toggled on. It seems to display ARIA labels at least.  But I think it's easier to just use the Chrome DevTools Accessibility tab that shows all the ARIA attributes.
